Validity of my graduation degree

Sir i joined Indian railway as trainee junior engineer in October 2014 when i was in last year of my graduation course.Niether I informed the railway nor I attend class in college.i take my leave and appeared in final examination in April2015.I passed the exam.is my graduation degree valid?plz help me .mob no.08100028458

you cant show that you have completed degree and claim any promotion or any such benefits while you are in the current job

i want to know only that my graduation is valid or not ?can i appear any other exam on basis of my degree such as upsc exam
