Using maiden name instead of her married persons name

can my wife use her maiden name at educational firms , i have changed her name by official gazette ? asking because smelling something is fishy behind this ?

Name can be changed by her in gazette.

Her name is per as per gazette.

Maybe she does not like to tell your name or share the fact that she is already married.  Changing her name in gazette is of no use, marriage is based on thought, what you feel and accept that is marriage, if you dont  in mind, what use publishing in paper?  All such things should come through heart.  Not by force or by using legal measures.

Her maiden name and name as per gazette are her names.

She can write both when asked for in the forms/fromats placed before her, in rspective columns.

she is been addressed by her maiden name only not only in educational system,to her friends also

She can be addressed by her friends,peers by her nick name, pet name,   as well.
