respected sir, a person after went for adoption using his biological fathers name as his fathers name in records and after adoption he made a pan card with biological fathers name as his fathers name is it allowed by law if any body complaint what will happen to him he is working in ap stategovernment please explain

what was his age at the time of adoption? time limit is there. most probably before 18 years.
is he did any illegal work, which is punishable under any indian act?

he was adopted at age 4 and by using his biogiocal fathers name he is fighting with his biological fathers son for property

then the person is genuine.
he will not get his biological father's property but will get his father's (by adoption) properties, if any.

As pointed out by Arup, once a person is legally adopted he get absorbed with the adoptive family for all practical purpose and relationships with restrictions with his biological familiy, as such he can not get his biological father's property.
