Any person who makes or publishes any imputation concerning any person, knowing or having reason to believe that such imputation will harm, the reputation of such person, is said, to defame that person.

Say  idiot to the person and if he /she files defamation case against you and if it is proved and if you punished ,then in jail you say one word ,
