Use of small portion of residential property for commercial

 

 

I UNDERSTAND that using small part of residential property for commercial use, does not entail &"change of user" certification or status from building department? Mumbai MCGM

The part of the property in question is currently assessed as &" commercial" and taxed    acccording for last several years. The rest of the property is residential and assessed so.
