It is believed that you are hindu.

Electricity connection does not confer ownership.

Your parents can record everything and report to police, Sr.Citizen helpline and build record.

He can not illegally withhold any original docs that does not belong to him.

Your parents can evit him, if he does not mend his ways.

It shall be certainly better to write and register the WILL and share copies with all.

Thanks Kumarji: Yes I am hindu Rajput. My one sister lives in Germany and she is also this time with me visiting Raipur so we want to sort out this issue.

Do we need to inform police as well for Sr citizenship harassemnet and  report too.

My father is afraid of his goon nature and he is not willing to raise voice against him as he has to live with him and we are far and visiting.

He has also asked my mother to not confront my elder brother in situations when there are confrontations and arguments,  but both husband wife fighiting for small things with my mother and since both parents are not united they are taking advantage.

Need opinion we know creating WILL is important at thji point but longer term i want to stop him misbehaving and live as family member.

Please suggest a good lawyer in Raipur City that would be great help.

Best regards,

Alok

Obtain mutation record from authority under whose jurisdiction property falls e.g MC, and all link documents.

Consult local counsel.

Recently my brother has rented first floor for conducting dance classes and without any permission of parents. Now today my sister reached home and finding very noisy during dance class time and requested brother to stop the classes till she is staying. He is now arrogant and abusing all.
Can he run dance class without permission in residential property.
What we can do to stop the classes as next week I am visiting home and want to get this resolved.

Please suggest.
Best regards,
Alok

Check with Shops & Establishment Inspectorate.

They may opine that such establishment has to register.

Prefer to engage a very able counsel.
