URGENT !!!!! Securitization act

Format of the Sale certificate for immovable properties is given in Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 in Appendix V.

In the said Sale certificate it mentions the relevant sections as-  section 13 read with rule 12 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules.......

My query is---rule 12 describes about "Application to the Tribunal/Appellate Tribunal"

The above section 12 about Tribunal is not at all applicable for sale certificate.  Is it a typing mistake ? I have checked at many places everywhere the same is written i.e. rule 12.

However, i feel it should be 'section 13 read with rule 8 and 9 of  the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules.......

Please suggests. Thanks. Its urgent. i have to issue one sale certificate today itself.  Thanks...

Mr.Abhijit,

You are correct. It should be section 13 read with rule 8 & 9 of the rules.
