Urgent - judge refused to pass order

A case is filed before Metropolitan Megistrate Court for registration of birth. All documents, evidence are submitted to court and BMC submitted its report saying that court may pass decide matter. In previous date, court refused to pass order.

The applicant beg before judge since he is in urgent need of birth certificate. However, Judge refused to pass order saying that he is getting transferred to another court. this matter has already consumed so much time, and judge adjourning matter without any reason.

Please advice in matter. Its an urgency

Dear Sam,

Inspect the court file get certified copy of the cause list. In which your case status must be shown at order. approach district judge or chief magistrate as the case may be complain him regarding the attitude of judge.
