Urgent help needed

 Dear Experts :

I have filing RTI at Mahila cell under RTI rule no. 3 for copy of complaint against me.
but they replay samadhan kandra gopniytiche tathav lagu aahe can't give u the copy of complaint to you, If court
give letter then thy will give.

My Que. : can I not get copy of complete against me.

Please advised what to do next.

can we send again form b for same?
