URGENT HELP NEEDED !!

Respected Sir'/s,

I am a great follower of this platform as it immencely helps the common man to interect with well versatile lawyers.

Sir, a very close friend of mine facing a very serious problem in his life. In that regard i wish to know some legal aspects which are as follows :

a) Generally after minimum how many years of occupency, a family can not be rooted out from their resident land??

b) If One son looked after to his parents for last 25 years+ and then at the time of partition of their land, where they were living, can the mother (the land owner) ignore her son.

c) Can the son apeale to the court against her mother's deciesion as he is living with them & looking after the mother & his father for well over 25 years & also he is the only living male child of them.

Please help me by answering the avobe questions.

Thanks & Regards,

Jaydeb Dey.
