Urgent advice and help

hello everybody, this is very useful site in providing legal advice. i have gone through many questions and answers. and half of my questions are already answered from them.... thank you. there is one question going in my mind.. please advice and help me to get out of this?? sir, i have put DV and maintenance case on my in-laws after women cell counselling failed... now my husband is not ready to take me back and thrown me out of the house.. after every effort from my family and relatives they are stuck to this because i have said no to their unusual demands of money and decided to fight back.. i have proves of their cruelties like they have thrown me and they having my istridhan etc. as far as this my husband when found caught himself then he make an excuses that he has not thrown me out of house and i myself came to my parents home although i have proof as police himself had send me my parents home and i asked money from neighbours for ticket as i was having no money to buy ticket. as, after marriage i had given him my id password and told him about my friend circle... i don't understand the bad intentions of him , but now understand he has taken printout of my before marriage chats with friends in which i says i want to marry someone. but somehow we broke up.. now he is taking plea of that chats that i was having past affair and i want to marry him that is why i lodge false complaint.. although that is not true as after marriage i never contacted any one from my friend circle. nor they... after marriage i never contacted anyone of my friend. please help me how to tackle this situation in court.. because they have lawyer who is also saying that i was having affair so this happening??? do past affair matter, if nothing related to future means no contact in future... please please advice..... because he is even defaming me publically in society whosoever want to sort out our matter....
