Urgent-addition of co-owner in registry

Hi,

I have done property registry which includes only my name as owner .I want to add my father's name as co-owner in it.Can this can be done ? what is the procedure ?
Also, Sale deed is yet to be executed . Can I include his name in sale deed without adding in registry.
Please help.

Go to sub-registrar where registry is made n request for rectification. They will tell the procedure

First make it clear if the sale deed has been executed and duly registered on your name, if not, you may include your father's name in the draft sale deed and get it registered after carrying out necessary alterations. Discuss with the vendor/builder abut this and also consult a local lawyer about the draft sale deed in this regard.
