You have to applied for Anticipatory Bail in delhi only and the cost of the AB depend on the advocate.

More you are sacred more will be the lawyer's fees. Be calm as you will AB in such cases. Don't behave as its something big has happened, the lawer will understand you and will relax you by taking a huge amount in his pocket.

Adv Bharath can you please throw light on the AB fees.....Is it only the lawyers fees that is to be paid or does court also charge some amount for AB
