ihad joine a pvt ltd firm on 28 may 2012, but on 10 june salary day they have hold my salary. they told me the reason that i am going to leave the company soon,as i had no choice to join the other organisation, as on 16 june i had resgine, till that date they even not resolved any confilcts, not given hold salary even petrol allowance to me , and they have a security check of 17000 rupee of undated, kindly suggest me what should i do, and they had meintioned in offer letter of serving the month notice period.
kindoly suggest me what should i do . should i blockt he cheque or wailt or any clarrifiction from their side. a they dint have any policy for the employeeeee.kindly help me out
