University neglecting honorable sc order for answersheet
We are students from Rajasthan Technica University kota. we filed more then 15 RTI application for accessing answersheet photocopies as well as inspection.
The Exam controller cited some other ordinances then RTI act and they are not ready to provide us inspection of answersheet and certified photocopies by neglecting SC judgement for CIVIL APPEAL NO 6554 dated 9.8.2011.
Also first appelate authority upheld the order of PIO.
Exam controller also mentioned that as per the order of CIC they cant allow access of answersheet because it wil make exam system unworkable.
Now how to get access answersheet. Can we filw WRIT in high court. Is it will be in our favour.
