Unfair labour practice

An organisation having an employee strength of about 500 employees has a registered union. A set of employees about 20 odd numbers which were earlier unionised employees are given a salary hike and taken out of union. The nature work  being carried out by these employees are of workmen nature like they carry out only clerical work, does not have subordinates to report etc. These employees were getting all benefits which the unionised employees are getting.

Suddenly management has decided and repealed some of the benefits they were getting earlier such benefits are 1) unlimited medical benefits 2) LTA etc, without giving any notice or written communication.

These employees now wish to raise the industrial dispute. Please suggest the course of action to be taken to regularise these benefits.
