We have 6 wings in our society and each one has a separate main line water connection. It is observed (through a dip-stick method) that our wing doesnt get the same amount of water as an adjoining wing though the source of connection is same and the tanks are at the same level.
Secretary has shrugged this issue off and also says that water meter reading cannot be used for comparison.
What process should be followed to get the committe to look into this? Can a complaint be made in the consumer forum under teh "Unequal Water Supply" category ?
