Under which crpc statement becomes proof?

under which CRPC if one gives any statement in CJM court, it will be treated as proof and he/she cant deny it IN FUTURE.

Section 32 & 33 of the evidence act is relevant here, if adverse party had opportunity to cross examine. But this is more effective after death of witness or incapability of witness to come and state in the court in subsequent proceeding.
