under what sec. police conduct raids in lodges?

What section does give the police power to conduct raids in lodges and arrest the man and woman who are not married but share same room for s*x? Do single adults have the right to take a room in lodge for s*x without fearing police?

If police received any credible informations regarding of misuse of Lodges as brothel they can raid and arrest under section 3,,4,5 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

At present there is no statutory right available for any adult to take a lodge or room for the purpose of s*x, if any adult involves in such a act in a lodge or room, on receiving such information police can arrest him.

What if it happens in a house/flat of any of the persons involved? I mean if A owns a house/flat, B comes to there and have s*x with mutual consent. Can police take any action on it?
