I live in a suburb area which is planned through Panchayat and also approval from Town Planning. My site has the perfect approval from Town Planning.
There is a dry river approximately about 50 meters from our house and an empty plot opposite to our house. These lands are not approved by Panchayat or Town planning, but a number of the "so called poors" have taken over the space and built their small houses.
This area is in Coimbatore in a locality called Vadavalli.
We are not worried about them staying as it is none of our business. But the problem is they are very arrogant and create a lot of nuisance in front of hte house. They put a lot of garbages, do not allow the rain water to go into the river etc.,
Is there any legal remedy to vacate them from this unauthorized occupation?
