We Four friends has brought 10,000 SQ FT/10 Guntha Land under AGREE NO DEVELOPMENT ZONE. As our parents has farms we produced/used the 7/12 for making this dealing. After SALE DID we went to TALATHI, he mentioned that we can not get 7/12 OR our names canot appear on 7/12 and the reasons he mentioned to us are -
Because of TUKADABANDI KAYDA that is not possible.
Please guide me/us, is TALATHI right? If yes what can be done next. Awaiting your valuable reply.
