Ts 1 certificate from municipal corpration

On November 22 last year, MC Commissioner R K Verma had said to get Tax Superintendent Register Number 1 (TS 1), the residents would be required to clear all the dues with the MC, including water supply, sewerage, and would have to furnish no objection certificates (NOC) issued by those departments concerned. After submitting these NOCs, a TS-1 certificate would be issued.

Now the MC would refer the matter to the state government that would officially bring out a notification that no development charges are required on TS 1.
