Respected Sir,
We have a combined family and we are living on a trust land for about 50 years or more .We have been paying rent ,house tax and water tax for all these years . My father expired few years back and we have dispute among the combined family . My mother never told me about the trust land because i was studying all these years.We dont have a trust deed document but only have receipts of rent,house tax and water tax..My mother has told me that it is a private trust.I want to know about the rights that we have in this case.Please guide me
