I am the respondant in this case, while the applicant had filed a revision along with delay in condonation application, the only reason given was the applicatant is illetriate, not aware of law, afraid to go to the tahsil office and his financial condition was poor. The appeal was dismissed by the Judge of the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal Mumbai and his application for condonation of delay was rejected. Now the applicant is trespassing into our land and planting banana trees and building a hut on our land. Once we removed the plants and hut from our land. After that we also tried to lodge a NC with the police but they refused to register it telling us to approach the tahsil office. Today i have again learnt that he has trespassed and started building a hut again..
Kindly guide us how we can take legal action agaisnt the applicant as we have the judgement in our favour.
