Dear sir, I am suffering 498A from last 5 to 6 years. My widow mother is seek from last 20 year,she is suffering diabetis,heart problem any etc so it is not possible to visit kolkata regular. i live deoghar (jharkhand). Please advice me. how it posible to trasfer my case in deoghar court or middele of deoghar and kolkata.
