this is yesh my father deid in when am 6 year old so al properties transferd to my mother name she registred in her name becuase inculding my brother both are not major now am major 18+ can i have rights to ask my shares in the al those properties?

and if i have right to ask then where should i raise my proposal and which specialist lawyer or which category suppose to contact? and how much cost it takes?
