Transfer on spouse ground

Sir, I am working as Revenue Officer in the Land & Land Reforms Department in the govt. of West Bengal and my wife is also working in the Govt. Polytechnic college of west bengal. But we are currently posted 300 km apart. Besides my father is also suffering from Chronic Renal Failure. My querry is whether transfer on spouse ground can be contested in the court of law. Whether any relief can be provided.

Both establishments might be having rules on trasfer on such grounds.

Relate with rules and request for transfer.

this type of trasnfer is a concession and not enforeceable in court of law.  so keep requesting the deptt.
