I'm trying to buy an apartment, which is under constructions, from a person who is living out of station. I'm currently in Bangalore. This deal would involve Cost agreed with Builder + some profit for current owner. Kindly suggest documents that I should collect from Seller to check genuineness for sale. Also, what agreements would be required between Seller and myself for this transaction?
