I want to know that if
My Uncle (Father's Real Elder brother) can transfer the agriculture land on his name to My father. But My Uncle and Father not are able to go Registrar office due to poor health reason, so, is it necessary to get register this transfer/gift deed.
If it is necessary then I have an option that
My father transfer the the land to My mother and My mother transfer it to Me and this last transfer/gift deed (My mother to Me) get registered.
Is this is legal.
