my case is that my mother owned a piece of land registered and mutation done in her name .all approvals of the house construction are also in her name .
she is living and a gets family pension now , and as such her finances were not sufficient to construct a house .
we are 2 brothers and one sister all married .
Now that I have started the construction with due consent of my mother as well as brother and sister proposed for giving in rent for return of my investment .the house is about 50% complete
now I need to take loan individually in my name to complete the construction
what shall I do so that I get the loan and reserve all rights of renting , collection of the rent , sell of property remain with me .
for your information present valuation of the land is 2 Lacs and cost of construction is 22 lacs (approx)
kindly advise me with the best option .
