I own a flat in a building that has gobe for redevelopment. The developer will now execute the individual agreements. The old building is demolished already and the flat which I owned currently doesn't exist. In lieu of that I will be getting the new flat after the development is complete.
I want to gift the new flat to be to my wife and withdraw my ownership of the new flat.Can you please advise;
1. Is it possible?
2. Can the individual agreement be signed between the developer & my wife for the said to be new flat?
3. If yes, what is the procedure in this case?
