Presently my wife has a land measuring 4500 sq feet in bangalore which is gifted from their parents, unfortunately my wife has critical illness and she wants to transfer the property to myself, this was not accepted from their parents, i am afraid that if in case of any issues with her health is her brother has the right of ownership for the property.
