Transfer of joint property thru will..

My father and mother have a Joint property in Pune (First name of Father). Recently my father expired and has will-ed the property in my name. My questions are

1. Does the property get transferred to my name only or jointly between me and mother ?

2. what are the steps to do the transfer

Need an advice how to transfer the ownership of our parental house to my brothers:

We are three brother and we have a build a house in 2001.I had taken loan to construct this property hence we mutually agreed that property will be titled on my and my father’s name(we are joint owner in registry). I have pre-paid this loan and now property is free and my brothers along with my mother leaving in that house. My father is passed away and there is no wil from his side. I wanted to give 50%-50% ownership to both my brothers. I don’t want to keep my share in this property.

1)      What is legal way to transfer this property to my brothers?

2)      How much capital gain I need to bear if I transfer this property to my brothers.

3)      What will be stamp duty charges if we register this property on their name.
