Transfer of house in brothers name

Hello Sir,

my father made a will in 2003 for our house to be transferred to my mother and after her demise the house will go to my brother. my mother passed away a few days ago and we are trying to figure out the formalities we need to fulfill to transfer the house in my brother's name. please guide accordingly.

Visit your nagar palika office /nagar nigam office and submit an application for mutation as your father and mother both had demise and as per fathers will the said property may be transferred in my name , attach photocopy of the will, death certificate of father and mother , and an affidavit from your side and submit IT in the office , within 40 days The property will transfer in your b

Tell your brother to visit your nagar palika office /nagar nigam office and submit an application for mutation as your father and mother both had demise and as per yours fathers will the said property may be transferred in my name , attach photocopy of the will, death certificate of father and mother , and an affidavit from your side and submit It in the office , within 40 days the property will transfer in your brothers name .
