hi, can anyone help me on this? according to rule Government employees needs to be transferred after 3 years from one seat, few department may follow these rules, few may not, recently my department made huge reshuffle & transferred most old & young experience staff . such transfer is it good for department or bad?? Specially Establishment (Admin) & accounts Section where work load is huge & time bond, small mistake may result into big problem. is it such decision legal, making transfer of 90 % experience staff at once, out of 10% left 5% on probation, is such decision good? is there any law that can stop such transfer , like only certain % of staff shall be transferred at a time, so that work dont suffer, new people can be taught, given experience, so that administration dont collaps??
