Can I sell a commercial vehicle issued under permit by RTO with the condition that the commercial vehicle cannot be transferredfor 5 years.
Is it possible that the registered owner remains the same in the RTO records while the same registered owner (first party) sells (along with tranfer of possession) the vehicle to the second party. At the same time there is a restriction on transfer of vehicle by RTO.
Is this valid legally.
