I am working in Railtel Corporation of India Ltd.(RCIL) , a central govt PSU under Ministry of Indian Railways.
RCIL has corporate office at Gurgaon and it has four Regional offices at Kolkata, Mumbai, Secundrabad, New Delhi also it has district head quarters which are scattered in whole india.
In my corporation no transfer policy exist.I had applied for transfer since last three years but,
what happens that people who have link with Rail ministry, and other ministerial sources, they get desired posting irrrespect of when they had applied.
I decided to fight against injustice at highest level,
at present i am exhausting internal grievances redressal system , but i know nothing will come out what else can i do like
court case, PIL, complaint in Ministry of Indian Railways , RTI etc pls suggest
