Information solicited: 1)Please provide a certified copy of laid down norms/orders/notifications/circulars that exempt Police dept., alone exemption from wearing masks and in not keeping social distance.
2.Please provide the rules wherein which a citizen can be arrested and harassed by filing cases -just for reminding the law implementing police, the stipulation by Govt to maintain social distance as per Central Government notifications.
