Trading income from neqyork exchage

hi

 

please provide tip on to if the income earned out of stock trading / commodity trading by trades done from the foreign tade exchage (NEWYORK)

IS TAXABLE IN INDIA IF I REMIT THE PROFIT TO INDIA

A) I AM INDIAN LIVING IN INDIA

B) I AM CANADIAN LIVING IN INDIA
