I am a christian widow from kerala. My husband died 17 years back. I have a son 19 year old. My father in law died 15 years back. I believe that my father in law might have registered a will before his death. However my husband's relatives say that no will was registeredby my father in law which I cannot believe. I could not get any details through Right to Information if he had registered any will. Is it possible to destroy the will. My husband's relatives have already partitioned the property owned by my father in law, without my concent. How will I know whether my father in law had registered any will?
