My father has 6 brothers and 2 sisters. 1 brother died in 2007. We have a land which is in the name of my grandfather till date. He has died in 1984. One of the brother has all the property papers and after several reminders and alerts he has not shared those with any of the family members. From last 2 months he has started contruction on the open land. Please help as to how we can pull them legally at this point of time.

6 brothers + father + two sisters = 9 members
If your grand mother is alive then = 1 member
total 10 members = each has got 1/10 th share
One brother is no more so each has got 1/9th share.
If deceased brother has left behind him his wife and children each will get equal share in the deceased's share.

File a title partition suit with injunction petition and get status-qua in suit land.
