Timelimit for appeal in high court in drc

HI, I would like to know the timelimit to appeal in high court, An order has been passed for evection by SCJ,tis hazari court,delhi against me, Please provide your expertise

It is 60 days. Time for obtaining certified copy is excluded. Consult your lawyer.

Hi,

Order was passed on 04-May-17 for eviction under DRC, Since 60days has already passed I have not applied for certified copy yet & looking for change in lawyer

I have quated the limitiation for filing appeal in High court but in your case since the order is passed by Addl. Rent. Controller hence the appeal would lie in Rent control tribunal where the limitation is 30 days excluding time in obtaining certified copy. Consult with details.
