Threatening calls from tikona advocate priyanka sharma

Hi, My User id : 1109624796 Today I got a call from Tikona Advocate Priyanka Sharma (+91-9212456447) threatening me about payment and she is going to file a case against me right now if i dont make the payment.And I will need to face the consequences. I got my connection disconnected in Oct 2015 and paid Tikona in full, but Tikona never acknowledged my payment and kept on sending bills. I even called up their customer care and they told - nothing is pending from my side. I made the payment since I m in bad position in my personal life and did not want to take any more tension. Also the advocate promised me that an acknowledgment of the payment for full and final settlement and NOC from tikona will be shared within an hour if i make the payment immediately. She stopped taking the calls after that. There is no acknowledgement from Tikona after that. On 23rd October 2015, I had requested them to terminate the service since I was not happy with the quality of service tikona provides.Then, I was being told by their Customer Service executive that I would expect a call from them about FNF in next 48 Hours, which I did not receive. After number of requests, I could get hold of their Customer Service executive. The Lady was not ready to take down my request instead she was persuading me to keep the connection active. When I did not listen to her she said that someone will come and collect the modem. She had also confirmed that, since I had not used Internet connection from Tikona, I would not be charged. Even after this incident, Tikona Billing department continued to send me consecutive monthly Bills. In 22nd April I received an email from them saying that My connection has been Terminated due to Non-payment of Bills and now they want me to Pay Rs. 2005/- that includes 1500/- as termination penalty.And rest of the amount was for the monthly bills send after my disconnection request. I dont know how is this justified. When I interacted with the customer care , they told me to ignore it. In the Month of April, their executive came and collected the Modem. Today I received a call from some Advocate Priyanka Sharma (from Number (+91-9212456447) from Delhi Court. This lady was threatening me to pay the amount of 1006/- immediately or he will lodge a legal case against me immediately. She also took a guy on conference call who was also rude and told that nothing can be done now and I have to face the consequences on court. I got perplexed and I had to pay the amount she dictated . I searched for Full and final settlement mail from Tikona which I did not get. I went and made the payment the details of which are as follows: BAN : 121175184 Payment Amount (Rs Ps): 1006 Payment Date : 22-06-2016 Payment ID : 1-4136098120 Transaction ID* : 1109624796TPC220616012728 Payment status : SUCCESS She stopped taking the calls ( to 9212456447) after that. There is no acknowledgement from Tikona after that. I even tried to call up the billing customer care where no one takes the call. After searching for this on Google, I came to know that this infact is a Scam call operated by Tikona. I dont understand, why are they stooping to this low to threaten their Customers who trusted them for years even after them providing bad service.
