Dear Mr.Shanker,

The Terms of earlier GPA are germane, if you have been authorised to do all including registry and every thing incidental thereto, and it is properly stamped as well as notarised by Indian Consul there, then there is no problem with registration. In registration registrar only ensure that executant is before him, since you are the executant by virtue of GPA from son, no problems with registration.
