Sir,
What is the maximum percentage of appreciation per year allowed (10% or 20%) for calculating land value of a COMMERCIAL property? my landlord done a calculation by taking 20% appreciation per year, which gives way too high land value,...... and the rent increased tremendously,..... expert please share your opinion,.....
