We have a ancestral property purchased in 1905, the property in revenue records as thakur dwara ( showing name of father of my grandfather). We have made a trust deed by taking head of family members as trusty. I just want to know that can we sell this land as power to sell shown in trust deed? If no, then please guide me how to sell this property?
