Tenents on gifted property

Respected Sir/Madam/All Concerned,

Pls note we have a own parental made home which land we had recepiet as a gift deed appx 25 to 30 years ago. as per deed there is mentioned as much much you want to live on the subjected land till then it yours other than return to donor.

on this subjected land we are two sharer me and my uncle.

now due to space issue we have to take serate through settlement together.

MY query is this if i buy this property through my uncle in settlement. and in future if i want to keep tenants on this property. is that Legal or not. can i keep them????

Property is situated in Mucipal Comitee Area under village Lal Dora. and home Assesment is regiseterd on my Grandmother decessed in 2003. till New Assesment has to be done.

Pls advise should i buy this Propety or Not???

Also advise a Valid law reference related to the rely.

Looking forward for a favorbale response.
