no need if amicable settlement or continue to rental, otherwise he will go legally vacate the house.

Pl allow me to interven my case.
My Tenant lost notorised rent agreement since last 2 months. He did not pay 2 months overdue rent yet. Agent is also not intervene.
On which legal aspect I can vaccat my home? Pl advice.
