I seek professional advise on the following issue...
I have a property which is about 70 year old situated in Distt Gurgaon. Total area of property is about 350 sq. yard. we have 3 tenant in this house having only a single room accomodation... pls note only a room. and having saparate entry.
* they all are staying in our office for more than 20 years
* One of them constructed her own house in same area but still staying in our house.
* Second One is government teacher very soon will be retired having a son and daughter and in laws are in Nangloi Delhi. she spents all vacation / fastival with her family in delhi.
* Third One... who is local vegitable vendor staying in one room since last 30 years and paying a small amount of rent where as other are paying normal rent with actual electricity usage. but this man used to pay only Rs 50 as electricity connection and now he is not paying any rent to us and got his sperate electricity connection on his own name without our consent. We have raised this issue with DHVNL but all in vain, nothing has happend. they said it is the right of every citizen to have electricity.
Now my question is....
1. Can we take any legal action against him as he is not paying us rent and got electricty connection on his name without settling our pending dues....
2. How to get this person out as his intention are bad and is trying to grab our property.
3. If you could suggest me some good lawyer in Gurgaon
