Tenant not vacating the shop

Hi sir, we have given shop for rent, and for our personnel resons we have asked to vacate the shop and he agreed to vacate with in one year time.we have waited a year and then asked, he denayed to vacate.we approched some seniours to settele this, then he wrote a letter to vacate the shop, he need one more year, again we have waited a year, finally he had sent a lawyer notice and took injuction order from court.still the case is going on and we are not getting any clue what to do, neighter the seniours who settle this are helpless, as he approched court.i am afriad how to settle this, its almost a year happened and the case is prolonging in many directions. I am not getting rent and tenant is enjoying the proterty, request you to help me on this regard. Thanks, Praveen
